Vegetable Green Thai Curry..

It’s really … really Tasty….

Recipe

Broccoli

Carrot

Capsicum

Spring Onions

Onions

Cabbages

Lime Juice

Boil All above ingredients for 10 minutes.

Make paste of Ginger, Green Chillies, Mango, Coriander leaves.

Add paste to the boiled vegetables.

Medium Flame cook for 5 minutes add salt & black pepper.

Add coconut milk & cook for a minute. Cover it with lid

Serve with Garlic Bread, Rice
